Returns/Exchanges

All sale items sold on the Website are Final Sale. Exchanges only. Any item marked final sale on the Website may not be returned for any reason unless an exchange is being made. Please carefully review all items to determine if something is final sale and not returnable. If you have any questions regarding final sale items, please contact care@midheavendenim.com.

Items that are on sale can be returned for exchange only. For regularly priced items, Midheaven will accept returns and exchanges that are received within thirty (30) days of the date the order was shipped from Midheaven. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please ensure that your item is shipped back to Midheaven no later than thirty (30) days after Midheaven shipped the goods. Any order that is to be returned or exchange must have all original hangtags and labels on, in the original condition. Any order that is to be returned or exchanged must include the return invoice completed.

In regards to returns, Midheaven will issue you a pre-paid return label via UPS or USPS, per Midheaven's preference, unless items are purchased on sale, in which case, Midheaven will ask customer to please ship garment back at customer's expense. If return label is issued by Midheaven, please use the UPS or USPS label issued to return your items, in carefully secured packaging. If you do not want to use the prepaid UPS or USPS label, and would prefer a different method of shipment, Midheaven recommends that you email care@midheavendenim.com to inform us you will be returning your item via your own preferred shipping carrier. Be sure to insure your package and ship it via a track-able method. Midheaven will not be responsible for lost or damage packages mailed using a method other than the UPS or USPS label Midheaven provides.

If Midheaven issues customer a return label, the cost of this return shipping will be deducted from the total amount returned. 

You're invited to take use Midheaven's Ground Shipping option for your purchase for $10, though if you've done so, please note, if needing an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping your exchange back to Midheaven's warehouse. Midheaven will then fulfill the exchange shipment to you free of charge by ground shipping, unless otherwise requested. 

Midheaven does not offer refunds or exchanges on international shipments at this time. 

Refunds will be issued in the form of payment received, minus return shipping costs. Please allow up to fourteen days for returns to process.

All returned merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags attached and be in the original packaging.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Please do not send returns COD, as they may be returned or the costs deducted from your original form of payment.

You may be restricted from using the Website if you violate or take advantage of the return policy.
